| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study which investigates the behavior of aspergillus species isolated from mangrove forests in Borneo Island, Sarawak, Malaysia. It states that samples of mangrove soil and dried leaf litters were collected. It also stresses that observation was conducted by placing a small tuft of mycelium and conidiophores in a drop of alcohol on a glass slide. It also mentions morphological characteristics of species such as texture, vesicle shape, pigment production, and sporulation. |
