Abstrakt:	The article discusses the case of a patient diagnosed with postpartum sacral stress fractures. The nature and cause of stress fractures and sacral stress fractures are first explained. Details of the patient's condition include her decrease bone mineral density and increased alkaline phosphatase activity. Description of the patient's MRI are also included. Treatment include bed rest and analgesics. Pregnancy-related sacral fractures are considered rare and main causes include gestational osteoporosis or fatigue fractures from unaccustomed stress.
