| Abstrakt: |
In this article author discusses how the current environmental problems are deeply rooted in human history with the reference of his book "A Green History of the World." He states that the increasing industrialization and use of fossil fuels have caused growing pollution as all industrial activities produces pollution. Further he states the world became more crowded place with the human population increasing at the fastest rate known in history which leads to more pollutants and environmental problems. He also states that the increasing pace of urbanization has also caused environmental problems as the natural increase in cities and the transformation of villages into urban areas. |
