Describes an aggressive myofibroblastic tumor of bone with abundant intra and extracellular actin, which may represent an underscribed variant of desmoplastic fibroma. Sclerotic bone lesion involving the femoral diaphysis; Fibrous dysplasia of bone; Diagnosis of spindle cell sarcoma with myofibroblastic differentiation; Absence of prominent herringbone architecture and pleomorphism. |
