| Abstrakt: | The article focuses on the military space role pushed by the U.S. Air Force led by General Bernard Schriever to the lunar program of National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). It says that the military role in space was to use the satellite systems to gain intelligence of the enemy and to destroy enemy satellites. It states that Schriever pointed that man will serve as the functional part of the space for the national security and to maneuver the space vehicles. |
