Abstrakt: The article presents the author's views on the justice for a child who was sexually assaulted by her father. According to him, victims of incest should be entitled to the same sort of justice that prosecutors mete out when pursuing convictions of other alleged rapists. He mentions specifically that prosecutors in Sebastian County, Arkansas, had no right to abandon a case against the accused rapist of his daughter due to what prosecutors are telling the victim's family. The article also reviews the author's case of incest in the West Coast.
