Abstrakt: |
The article presents a study focusing on the evaluation of a Trustees Leadership Academy (TLA) at the Medical University of South Carolina. As stated, TLA was instituted by the University in 2006 and its primary mission is to provide diverse pool of faculty and staff opportunities for formalized leadership training. The study indicates that there was increased desire in individuals for guidance related to the structure of projects and a timeline for completion. |
