Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the importance of the role of the U.S. finance company City National Bank & Trust Co. as a major electronic and paper processing house to the successes that it has attained in 1977 and 1978. The bank was chosen by the Associates Corp. of North America to help it get into the Visa credit card business starting on March 1, 1978. The company plans to launch a campaign to convince department stores and oil firms to change their private credit cards into ones that have the Visa label.
