Abstrakt: | The article discusses a case of annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma (AEGCG) in an 80-year-old male farmer. The patient is presented with multiple reddish lesions on limbs and abdomen for four months. Skin biopsy reveals multinucleate giant cells in middle and upper dermis, while Verhoeff von Gieson staining shows elastophagocytosis by giant cell granuloma and degeneration of elastic fiber. It adds that the unique feature of AEGCG is the elastophagocytosis of giant cells. |
