Abstrakt:	The article offers a study on the role of histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors (HDACi) in cell-cycle arrest stimulation, extrinsic apoptopic pathway activation, and PIM inhibition in classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL)-cell lines. It says that several HDACi were treated into four cHL-cell lines, and their efficacy was measured through the Connectivity Map (Cmap) program and a gene expression signature. It adds that HDACi alters cell-cycle and apoptosis gene expression associated with cHL.
