Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the return of administration of labor relations legislation to the provincial governments in Canada. The decision was made at a conference of labor ministers of the federal government and nine provinces in Ottawa, Canada in October 1946. Labor was expecting the continuance of the wartime system placing jurisdiction under the federal government, with the establishment of one nationwide labor relations code. |
