The article reports on research which was conducted to investigate the effects multiple doses of ambrisentan had on the pharmacokinetics of a single dose of digoxin. Researchers evaluated 21 healthy male subjects. They found that additional research was needed on the subject to present proven data despite the fact that no safety findings were observed in their study that would preclude the coadministration of ambrisentan and digoxin at the dosages used in their study. |
