| Abstrakt: |
The article presents information on a study which described the utilization of a new type of batch mixer that uses a very simple geometry and which can be easily extended to a continuous process. It addresses the issue of mixing effects on the size, distribution and stability of concentrated oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions with different viscosities and similar densities. It also investigates the effect of the droplet size distribution on the variation of physical and formulation parameters. |
