Presents a study to assess the efficacy and safety of omalizumab for prophylaxis of symptoms in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis. Context; Objective; Design; Setting; Patients; Interventions; Main outcome measures; Results; Conclusion that omalizumab decreased serum free IgE levels and provided clinical benefit in a dose-dependent fashion in patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis. |
