The article offers news briefs in the radio communications industry. The American Radio Relay League's (ARRL) Ethics and Elections Committee announced the elections of Bob Vallio as Pacific Division Director and Brian Mileshosky as Rocky Mountain Division director, among others, during the elections in November 2010. The ARRL submitted a Reply to a Wireless Services Opposition filing on October 28, 2010.
