The article reports on the decision of Ohio Bureau of Unemployment Compensation (BUC) concerning supplemental unemployment benefits (SUB). Ohio BUC Administrator James R. Tichenor ruled that state unemployment compensation cannot be paid to anyone while his is receiving SUB from an employer. The ruling allowed local SUB offices to process and pay claims for state unemployment compensation. |
