Examines the vascular permeability and the distribution of plasma proteins in mouse airways following exposure to allergen and serotonin. Marked plasma extravasation response in the trachea and the bronchi but not in the lung parenchyma, due to allergen aerosol exposure; Similar extravasation response due to serotonin; Dose-dependent inhibition of the allergic response by a vascular antipermeability agent. |
