Abstract. We present and discuss the results of our calculations using a relativistic modet for incoherent ...-photoproduction on nuclei. We find that the incoherent cross sections are dominated by contributions from the S[sub 11] (1535) and D[sub 13] (1520) resonances. We find that isovector transitions are favored over isoscalar transitions. This can lead to incoherent ...-photoproduction cross sections that are often larger than those of the coherent process.
