The article highlights the research on the kinetic effects of dyeing after a scouring pretreatment in the U.S. The research aims to enhance knowledge about enzymes in wet textile preparation and to determine the uptake of three direct dyes with time using a pectinase and caustic treated cotton woven fabric as the substrate. It shows that the unusual leveling of dye on bioprepared cotton has a distinctive advantage in several industrial field trials. Moreover, it reveals no negatives associated with bioprepared cotton fabric. |
