Abstrakt: Mathematical and Biostatistical Methods for Designing and Analyzing Complex Chemical Interactions. CARTER, W.H., Jr., AND CARCHMAN, R.A. (1988). 590–595. In this presentation, statistical methods for designing and analyzing experiments evaluating a mixture of drugs/chemicals are discussed. These methods are promising in that they are not limited by the number of interacting agents in the combination. Several examples are given and a discussion of the results follows.
