The article reports on the development by the U.S. Resettlement Administration (RA) of socialized housing in 1937 which set aside a pricing problem in handling business enterprises. The deal between RA and Consumer Distribution Corp. (CDC) has been closed when it was signed by CDC vice president for cooperatives Flint Garrison and U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Henry A. Wallace. The model village is expected to be available for tenancy by September. |
