Abstrakt: The article presents a study conducted at the National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center (NSRRC) in Taiwan for the design and development of a compact end-station of circular-dichroism spectra within the vacuum-ultraviolet region circular dichroism. The study used a linearly polarized light take from beamline BL04B. Results show that the beam light is suitable for measuring the protein samples, and that its radiation damage to protein is depending on the density of photon flux.
