Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the debate on whether patients who have uterine clear cell carcinoma (UCCC) and uterine papillary serous carcinoma (UPSC) should undergo chemotherapy. It mentions several studies which suggest the potential of chemotherapy as a treatment such as one by M. Thomas and colleagues who recorded a zero recurrence in stage IB/IC patients who received adjuvant chemotherapy. It concludes that adjuvant chemotherapy is advisable for patients with advanced stages of UCCC and UPSC.
