| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the study of the somatosensory evoked potentials for patients with major depression (MD) using connectivity analysis. Comparisons of data for MD patients and healthy controls (HC) using generalized partial directed coherence (gPDC) are presented. It says that a stimulus-induced changes in gPDC and connectivity pattern changes were determined in the study. It concludes that gPDC method is a promising approach for connectivity changes detection for both MD and HC subjects. |
