Investigates the expression of Fc gamma receptor (Fc gamma R) II and Fc gamma RIII on monocytes in parallel with the in vivo clearance of erythrocytes (EA) sensitized with anti-RhD immunoglobulin G by macrophages in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Relationship between the receptor expression and the rate of EA clearance; Correlation between the impaired clearance function and the severity of SLE. |
