Abstrakt:	The article presents a study which preliminary evaluates the acute radiotoxicity of ¹⁸⁸Re-BMEDA-liposome in rats. The study involves the administration of ¹⁸⁸Re-BMEDA-liposome in rats with normal saline which serves as blank or non-radioactive liposome through intravenous route. It concludes that the presence of dicentric chromosomes in rats were linked with the dosage of ¹⁸⁸Re-BMEDA-liposome.
