| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a 73-year-old woman with breast sporotrichosis. The patient showed several symptoms including painful ulcer, partial destruction of nipple, and discharge of serosanguineous-purulent secretion in the left breast. She underwent two mammographies and a therapeutic treatment of itraconazole was administered without the use of an anatomopathologic examination. The treatment results showed a reduction in the diameter of the ulcer and the lesion was healed. |
