Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the 2010 McKenzie Douglas survey conducted by Emma-Jayne Gooch concerning employees rank support and salaries in the nuclear industry in Great Britain. According to the survey, many of the senior managers and directors were not appreciated the benefits they had received based on their hard work and dedication to the company. Psychologist Frederick Herzberg has emphasized key factors that would motivate employees including work promotion and salary increase.
