Abstrakt: The article presents a study which compared the differences in the DNA damage before and after exposure of the leucocytes from peripheral blood to hydrogen peroxide. The DNA damage was verified using a modified comet assay of the peripheral blood. The statistical analyses of allelic and genotype frequencies were also performed. The influence of age groups on the frequencies of DNA damage is also considered.
