Abstrakt: The authors discuss a 69-year-old man who presented for preoperativc assessment of an abdominal aortic aneurysm. An abdominal aortogram demonstrated a 3.5-cm infrarenal fusiform abdominal aortic aneurysm with anomalous origin of the inferior mesenteric artery off the fight common iliac artery.
