Abstrakt:	The article discusses a court case where the U.S. District Court granted summary judgment in favor of the SIU School of Medicine on complainant, Jennifer Crabb's discrimination and retaliation claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act after determining that the reasons of SIU for Crabb's discharge was legitimate and nondiscriminatory.
