This article introduces the development process of the semi-worsted blending shirt fabric of wool, cotton and silk. It also introduces the main points of the spinning and finishing process, and weaving design specifications. This product fully uses semi-worsted technology, spin yarn with the wool, silk and cotton. 2 new types of finishing process are mainly discussed. One is the air wash process characteristics and that for semi-worsted products; the other is how to make the semi-worsted shirt fabric more anti-wrinkle with the use of new type of low-temperature surges hinge resin finishing process.
