Defect identification of machine-building products during the course of acceptance tests.

Abstrakt: procedure is proposed to identify the manufacturing defects of machine building products at the step of acceptance and control tests by means of the diagnostics of the failures of their functioning. The procedure is based on the statistical modeling of the tested product based on determining the presence of dependences between the diagnostic variables, model verification, and the following use of the models to predict the values of the parameters and to verify the determined dependences.
