It states that as of September 1957, 52% of high school graduates throughout the U.S. fail the Kraus-Weber test for minimum muscular fitness, a 2% improvement over the 6-year-olds subjected to the same test. It suggests first measuring and weighing oneself, keeping a journal, and devoting a specific amount of time each day to do the exercises. Suggestions include walking or biking instead of taking a car, taking hikes and eating less.
