The article presents a case study of a 46-year old male who was suffering from progressive nasal obstruction and was showing symptoms of diplopia, anosmia, and epitaxis. His nasal endoscopy, imaging scans, and biopsy reports confirmed the presence of high grade esthesioneuroblastoma. The patient underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by surgical resection of the tumor and no postoperative complications were reported. |
