Abstrakt: The article offers information on the increase of the intelligence and imagination of children through low-ceilinged room painted in his favorite color, according to a study conducted in Germany. Henner Ertel, director of Munich's Gesellschaft f Rationelle Psychologie, says that colors influence the mental performance of a child. According to the research, rooms painted with ugly colors such as white, black, and brown can cause an average drop of 14 Intelligence Quotient (IQ) points among children. The Munich group explores the child development such as mental performance and social behavior deterioration through the influence of the room sizes. Plexiglas, a transparent crib, was designed by Ertel's team infants shows that 18 months infants were more intelligent than two-year-olds.
