Abstrakt: Chapter 4 the book "Reforms at Risk: What Happens After Major Policy Changes Are Enacted," by Erica M. Patashnik is presented. The chapter focuses on the enactment of the Freedom to Farm Act of the U.S. It notes that such Act was horrendously timed, hence, it did not have a chance to stick just what had happened to the welfare reform in the country. It cites the things necessary for the creation of an agricultural reform and suggests that there should always be an equally important objective.
