Interstitial or cornual pregnancy is an uncommon form of ectopic pregnancy that can be difficult to diagnose both clinically and sonographically. Although infrequent, interstitial ectopic pregnancy carries a greater mortality risk than common forms of tubal ectopic pregnancy.
