Diffusion and development of educational broadcasting in Japan has been so rapid as to leave little room for comparison. However, due to this rapid growth, many problems and difficulties have appeared and must be solved.The following discussion of these various problems, which are related chiefly to production and utilization of educatonal broadcasting, is centred primarily around TV, and includes suggestions for several major innovative features which would vastly improve the system.
