The article talks about sidelights and trivia in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). The 1978 edition of the NAIA consisted of six days and 32 games of basketball. There were 11 upsets with the games starting at 9:30 in the morning and ending the next day at 1:30 a.m. It states that obscure college names can be discovered during the holding of the games such as Bethany Nazarene, Lemoyne-Owen,and Ouachita Baptist. |
