Abstrakt: The article discusses a study on the progress of industrial relations over the 40-year period from 1968 to 2007, using bibliometric and social network analysis. The study used the most influential books and papers on industrial relations such as the "British Journal of Industrial Relations" (BJIR) and "Economic and Industrial Democracy." It explains the study's citation analysis, co-citation analysis, network analysis and co-citation maps. The study found that industrial relations attempted a paradigm shift over the 40-year period.
