The article examines the changes in access to television programming in Europe. It mentions that viewers regard the transformation in the supply of international channels as the same as before. It notes the potential for an increase in viewers to foreign broadcasting when such channel has good reception quality and in an accessible language. It also emphasizes the factors that depict the extent an international audience can readily tune into programmes from other countries. |
