A 31-year-old female presented with tricuspid valve insufficiency, atrial septal defect, pulmonary valve stenosis, and corrected transposition of the great arteries with situs inversus. She underwent successful ring annuloplasty of the tricuspid valve, pericardial patch repair of the atrial septal defect, pulmonary commissurotomy, and correction of post-stenotic pulmonary artery dilatation.
