Abstrakt: The article discusses the law in the Netherlands involving the liability of employers for the suicide of injured employees, based on the British case Corr v. IBC Vehicles Ltd. Under the Dutch Civil Code, an employer has the duty of care to organize and equip the workplace to prevent worker harm or injury. Failure of the employer to comply with this duty will make it liable for any damage that will happen to employees at work.
