Abstrakt: The article focuses on a study related to the application of Raman spectroscopy for pharmaceutical secondary manufacturing. According to the study, Raman spectroscopy offers a number of features to the pharmaceutical process control engineer for on-line characterization. Initially, a Kaiser RamanRXN Systems analyzer has been interfaced to a blending experiment and then a tablet coating device. It informs that the RamanRXN Systems analyzer has been used a 785-nanometer diode laser for excitation.
