| Abstrakt: | The article profiles the artist and designer William Morris. It describes Morris as a printer, a social reformer and a prime mover in the Arts and Crafts Movement. The article also mentions that Morris published seven volumes of original poetry, four prose romances, six prose and verse translations and two volumes of lectures and that he revived the largely forgotten techniques of dyeing and weaving plants at Merton Abbey. |
