Abstrakt: The article presents information on how clinicians will be safe while evaluating potentially violent patients. According to the author, the most effective strategy to enhance clinician safety is to anticipate potential aggression. Having a good understanding of the dynamics of violence and implementing interpersonal strategies that emphasizes techniques on verbal intervention are the core clinical strategies for management off aggression.
