The article presents the behavioral assessment of the front line staff in the medical practices in South Bronx, New York. The survey has revealed the lack of friendliness of the front line staff in the medical practice. The findings suggest the need for improvement to be able to prevent teenage pregnancy, and to promote the use of contraception among teenagers. |
