| Abstrakt: | The article discusses creative writings in bereavement, a form of thinking out loud, expressing oneself, and putting down all the deep emotions that are difficult to say. It says that writing such as unsent letters and written talks can compliment one's talking therapies and enhance physical and emotional condition of many bereaved people. It also states that the emotional and physical condition of grieving people is a symptom that shows a depressive illness and physical trauma. |
