Abstrakt: Kappa-casein gene ( CSN3) polymorphism has been established in cows of the Belarus Black Pied breed and Belarus Red breed group. The frequency of genotypes and alleles across gene CSN3 has been calculated. More cheese and curd can be made from milk of cows of the Belarus Red breed group with genotype CSN3BB than from milk of animals with genotype CSN3AB and CSN3AA. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
